Jai Josef - Write Better Songs

Everyone in the music business knows that the most important factor in getting a record deal is having great songs. And if you're writing for existing artists, the only way to get a cut on their record is to write something better than anything else they've listened to.

Jai Josefs has been helping developing writers create better songs for over 25 years. One of his students who just recorded an album for Sony with Glen Ballard producing has this to say:

"Studying with Jai made an enormous difference in my ability to write musicmore effectively. The skills and techniques I learned from him gave me more freedom - like giving a painter more colors in his palette to paint from. If you want to experience results like this, Jai's once-a-year class at the Songwriters Guild in Hollywood begins on Thursday, January 27th. It's called "Writing Music for Hit Songs" and is based on his best-selling book of the same name that Diane Warren says "every serious songwriter should pick up and read."

The class runs for 10 weeks and costs $290 for regular SGA members, $265 for Platinum and Diamond members, and $340 for non-members.

To enroll or for more information, call Randy Ross at 310-396-8796 or email him at [email protected]
