Pitch Scheduled August 1st, 2005 - Megatrax

Songwriting Pitch Session August 1st, 2005- Andrew Robbins, Megatrax Production Music, Inc.

Special Guest- Andrew Robbins, Megatrax Production Music, Inc.
When: Monday August 1st at the Doubletree Hotel, Mission Valley, Registration opens at 6:30 PM Event begins at 7PM

Pitch Focus: All Styles. Andrew has requested that all people submitting material please go to the Megatrax website www.megatrax.com, to get an idea of existing music Megatrax has. It would be a good idea to see what songs you may have which would fill a void that Megatrax may be missing, or a different take/angle on music which would have a wide appeal in all media.

Admission to the pitch session on Monday Aug. 1st is free for SDSG members $20 for non-members. Pitch fees are $10 per song, maximum two submissions per writer or team. Only SDSG members may pitch, but memberships are, as always, available at the door. Check our Pitch Session and FAQ pages for details on what to bring and what is required for the pitch.

dBE.Music Publishing specializes in placement of songs in television programs, commercials and feature films. "Publishing generates income for artists as well as giving them exposure that helps take them to the next level," says dBE's Director of Music Publishing. Opportunities exist now with major networks including MTV network, TNT, Lifetime and The History Channel. Artists interested in placing their work in sound for picture should email [email protected] for submission details.
